Licensure and Credentials SEARCH Day Program takes great pride in our teaching faculty meeting all Department of Education licensure requirements, including highly qualified teacher status. Many of our teaching faculty also hold master's degrees and/or have dual licensure, such as general education, board certified behavior analyst, etc. Additionally, a large percentage of our paraprofessionals hold associate, bachelor and master's degrees, as well as some having BCBA and teacher licensure. Perhaps, even more exciting, is the consistency of staff, with the average employee being part of our professional team for 10-15 years, with several in the 20-30 year range. We also, naturally, welcome new additions to our faculty to meet the growing needs of our agency. Our administrative team consists of fully licensed supervisors of education, principals, learning disability teacher-consultant, board certified behavior analyst, speech pathologist, school counselor and chief school administrator. Members of our administrative team, like our faculty, hold multiple licensure and credentials. Moreover, all of our administrative team spent an average of 10-15 years in direct care services prior to becoming administrators.
